Who we are
1322 Capital LLC is a Virginia consulting and investment firm with two roles. As a holding company, it provides governance and strategic direction to the businesses it owns. As an advisory firm, it works with founders, executives, boards, and mission organizations that need clearer structure and a plan they can execute.
The two roles inform each other. The governance, treasury, and operating disciplines we apply to our own companies are the same ones we bring to client engagements, and our advice is tested against the businesses we run.
