Our Story
1322 Capital began as a limited partnership focused on business consulting and operational efficiency. As our portfolio grew, so did our need for structure. In 2025, the firm converted to a manager-managed limited liability company, governed by a defined Board of Directors and held to a high standard of fiduciary accountability.
From the beginning, we’ve favored long-term relationships over short-term exits. We structure every acquisition, consulting engagement, and strategic venture with sustainability in mind.
