Our story
1322 Capital began as a limited partnership focused on business consulting and operational efficiency. As the portfolio grew, so did the need for formal structure. In 2025 the firm converted to a manager-managed limited liability company, governed by a Board of Directors and held to a defined standard of fiduciary accountability.
From the beginning we have favored long-term relationships over short-term exits. Every acquisition, consulting engagement, and strategic venture is structured to be sustainable for the people who will inherit it.
