With a background in business consulting, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, he oversees the firm’s portfolio, acquisitions, and operational strategy. Under his leadership, 1322 Capital has evolved from a boutique consultancy into a multi-sector holding company with international reach.

Aijne Williams serves on the Board of Directors for 1322 Capital and is our Senior Operations Advisor. Aijne leads enterprise-wide efforts to align daily operations with strategic objectives, emphasizing efficiency, structure, and sustainable growth. Aijne is responsible for evaluating and improving workflows, establishing KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams. His oversight extends to logistical coordination, process optimization, and strategic implementation at the subsidiary and holding company levels.

As Chief Strategy Advisor, Nick contributes high-level counsel to the Board and Managing Director, blending traditional business principles with forward-looking insight. He specializes in evaluating new market opportunities, competitive positioning, and risk-reward assessments. He is tasked with guiding strategic change initiatives, mentoring leadership, and ensuring that growth remains aligned with 1322’s long-term vision and values. He’s recognized for his clarity in decision-making and ability to challenge assumptions.

Miguel Saccsara serves as the Senior Latin America Advisor to 1322 Capital’s Board of Directors. He provides strategic counsel on regional opportunities, cultural dynamics, and cross-border partnerships throughout Latin America. Based in Lima, Peru, Miguel plays a key role in evaluating acquisitions, cultivating institutional relationships, and ensuring that the firm’s operations align with local market realities and cultural expectations. With a background in regional development, nonprofit collaboration, and cross-cultural engagement, Miguel is central to 1322’s long-term international expansion strategy.

Nicholas Scheidemantel serves as 1322 Capital’s Senior Philosophy Advisor. His role is to ensure ethical clarity, strategic integrity, and alignment with timeless philosophical principles such as Truth, Goodness, and Beauty. He contributes rigorous, values-based analysis to board deliberations and long-term planning. With extensive academic and advisory experience, Mr. Scheidemantel helps the firm maintain moral discipline, internal coherence, and cultural relevance across its portfolio.
